Jacks Poker has a straightforward policy for all items covered under the AusPost eParcel bracket.

Orders under $200: Flat rate of $9.95 Australia wide
Orders over $200: FREE shipping Australia wide

NSW: 2-3 working days
VIC: 3-5 working days
QLD/SA: 3-7 working days
WA/NT: 6-9 working days

Australia Post Express eParcel (Signature Required)

Pricing

For our speediest domestic service select Australia Post Express eParcel.

For 80% of Australian addresses that fall in the Same Day Network we will guarantee delivery the next business day for orders placed by 12pm.

Express Rates are calculated based on your postcode and order weight and will be presented as an option at checkout.

Delivery Times

Inside Same Day Network: Next Business Day (Orders before 12 pm / 1 Working Day if after 12 pm)

Outside Same Day Network: 2-3 days

Note

Our casino grade chips and custom chips, plaques and dealer buttons are made to order. This will clearly be labelled on the product page. If you order these items, please allow 21-35 days plus domestic shipping for delivery.

You can still select standard or express shipping for these items and they will be shipped with this method when they arrive from the factory.

International: Australia Post Express eParcel (Signature Required)

For our international customers select our Express International Service.

Jacks Poker ships to select worldwide countries. Approved shipping countries will be presented at checkout.

If your country is on our approved shipping list the rates will automatically be calculated based on the shipping destination and order weight and will be presented as an option at checkout.

Poker tables are too bulky to be shipped via the standard Australia Post network so we use freight providers to deliver direct to your door.

*Your freight charge will be added at checkout once a table is added to your cart. JACKS reserves the right to requote the freight cost post purchase. Typically this would only be in the event of an interstate remote / regional postcode or multiple tables being purchased in one order. To confirm your freight rate before purchase please email us at contact@thejacksgroup.com.au with your order item and shipping destination postcode.

Note

You will be provided tracking details within 48 hours of purchase. Please ensure you are present at the stated shipping address to receive your poker table.

In the event there is no one present at the address you will need to coordinate a redelivery with Star Track or collection from their depot.

For tables shipped locally by direct courier (NSW Metro) we will confirm your availability prior to delivery. In the event you are not present and uncontactable in the delivery period a repeat shipping charge will be payable.
